The Brazilian company combined Drytac’s Polar Premium Air and Interlam Pro Emerytex products to produce Formula 1-inspired graphics for use on a huge agricultural machine.
Brazil-based diversified graphics business Corimpress recently used Drytac Polar Premium Air self-adhesive vinyl and Interlam Pro Emerytex pressure sensitive overlaminating film to produce a striking set of vehicle graphics for use on a gigantic grain loader.
Founded in 1987, Corimpress works with clients across Brazil, primarily focusing on producing decals and labels for the agricultural machinery industry. Its services include industrial and commercial signage, safety stickers, and vehicle graphics – the latter being the focus of this unique project.
Partnering with long-time customer São José Industrial, a leader in agricultural solutions in Brazil, Corimpress was tasked with decorating one of the company’s most impressive grain loaders – the Gran Speed 40.000, which boasts a capacity of 40,000 litres. The vehicle was set to make a statement at the national agricultural industry event, Expodireto 2025, held from March 10–14.
Taking creative inspiration from the Formula 1 car of the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber Audi model 2026 – which this year includes rising Brazilian star Gabriel Bortoleto – São José Industrial wanted to showcase the grain loader as one of the fastest machines on the market. The result was a show-stopping agricultural vehicle wrapped in dynamic, motorsport-style graphics.
As the exclusive Drytac distributor for Brazil, Corimpress identified Drytac’s Polar Premium Air PB as the ideal material for the job. With a unique permanent adhesive and bubble-free application technology, Polar Premium Air is a high-performing solution for vehicle wraps and graphics applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces.
To complete the look, Corimpress paired the vinyl with Drytac’s Interlam Pro Emerytex – a high-end monomeric soft calendered PVC laminating film featuring a matte pebble-textured finish, designed to protect graphics while enhancing their visual impact.
“We used Polar Premium Air because of its high durability and air release technologies that make wrapping easier,” said Marcelo Wetter, Marketing Coordinator at Corimpress. “We also used Interlam Pro Emerytex because of its texture, which provided a special finish for the grain loader.”
The graphics were printed in-house using Corimpress’s Epson SureColor S80600 and applied on-site at the event, transforming the grain loader into a bold showpiece that generated a significant buzz both at the show and across social media.
“Certainly, it was a very challenging project due to the size of the machine,” Marcelo said. “But because the theme isn't directly related to agribusiness, it drew a lot of attention from visitors.
“The public really embraced the idea of F1 on agricultural equipment. Everyone loves racing, and bringing this element of speed to the field was something very innovative that created a lot of excitement.”
