MASTERPRESS at WARSAW PACK 2025: Continued Focus on Sustainability and Innovation

Masterpress’s latest solutions, including the industry’s thinnest polyolefin shrink sleeve labels and plastic-less e-commerce packaging, along with proprietary machinery for shrink sleeve label application, will be on display at WARSAW PACK in booth E2.23.

Masterpress, a leading European provider of printed decorative packaging solutions, will exhibit at WARSAW PACK, an international trade fair for packaging technologies and finished packaging, between 8 and 10 April 2025.
Masterpress will showcase its latest customer projects and developments, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to sustainability and innovation in packaging. Among the featured products will be its low-density 45µ polyolefin shrink sleeve packaging, as well as e-commerce envelopes featuring a recyclable paper-based tear tape from tesa®, and “eco-bubble”, a paper-based filler designed to replace traditional plastic bubble wrap in e-commerce envelopes.
“In times of heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainties, as well as increased climate scepticism, sustainability must remain at the heart of the packaging industry,” said Gabriel Magdaleno, Strategic Product Management & Marketing Director. “At Masterpress, we continue to deliver award-winning projects and leading research & development that meets the evolving needs of businesses and consumers – while packaging a greener tomorrow.”
Masterpress's booth at WARSAW PACK will also showcase solutions for tea products, such as sachets and tea tags produced with plant-based or compostable, biodegradable materials derived from renewable resources. In addition, the company will exhibit its industry-leading shrink sleeve and self-adhesive labels, together with machinery for shrink sleeve label application.
The company’s advanced solutions and technologies aim to support the industry in meeting the ambitious goals outlined in the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), as well as efforts to enhance the competitiveness of the European economy amid global shifts.
“WARSAW PACK presents an invaluable opportunity for us to connect and engage with industry stakeholders and leaders to unpack key industry developments, like the recently enacted EU PPWR, and explore collaboration opportunities to decarbonize the packaging industry,” added Mr Magdaleno.
